You can install this tank and keep the front tank – OR you can install this tank and eliminate the front tank.
HOWEVER
If you keep both tanks – we HIGHLY recommend using the sending unit. The selector valve is your restriction in your system and debris can clog it easily. You NEED to keep the screen in play when using the selector valve.
